Mass Motion Dance Medfield offers 4 studios of different sizes to suit most rental needs.  The studio has a large free parking lot.  The lobby space and 3 of the studios are handicap accessible.

Rental Fees:

Studio 2: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $25/hour    Classes & Workshops: $30/hour

Studio 4: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $30/hour   Classes & Workshops: $40/hour

Studio 5: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $30/hour   Classes & Workshops: $60/hour

Studio 6: Non-profit & Rehearsal Rate: $35/hour   Classes & Workshops: $30/hour

 

Cleaning Fee: $50/hour *for performances, parties and events. 2 hour minimum

Discounted Rate: 10% off rental rate before 4pm Monday – Friday.

Studio 2: Rosco Adagio Marley Flooring.  Mirrors, wall mounted ballet barres, sound system with aux, wall mounted television with HDMI cord, Heat & Air Conditioning. Dimensions are 18’ x 23’ and there are outside windows the length of the room offering a lot of natural light.

Studio 4: Bamboo parquet foam lined flooring, Mirrors, Heat & AC, Sound System w/ bluetooth and aux,  Dimensions are 27’.5” x 32’.

Studio 5: Bamboo parquet foam lined flooring. Mirrors, sound system with aux,  wall mounted television with HDMI cord, Heat & Air Conditioning.  Dimensions are 25’ X 32’.

Studio 6: Located upstairs, not Handicap accessible. Sprung floor with Rosco Adagio Marley Flooring, Mirrors, Sound System w/ bluetooth and aux, wall mounted television available with HDMI cord and AirPlay.  Dimensions are 33’ X 43’ and there are outside windows the length of the room offering a lot of natural light.
